Brandon began his professional brewing career here in Chicago in 2011 and has since worked at multiple award winning breweries throughout the Midwest. He took over as Head Brewer at Greenstar Organic Brewery in June of 2020. Taking over the first certified organic brewery in Illinois has afforded Brandon the opportunity to work with regional producers that focus on sustainability and to give back to the community that Greenstar is a part of. He strives to create beers of all styles that highlight the finest organic ingredients while striking a balance between fresh hops, rich malt and diverse yeast.
