Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Danielle Durack began writing music as a child. After releasing her first bare-bones bedroom recordings in 2015, she experimented with different styles until finding her sound with producer Samuel Rosson on the record, Bashful (2019).
In 2021, Durack released No Place, a deeply personal album written after a formative heartbreak, which earned national acclaim from NPR Music, Bandcamp, Pitchfork, and American Songwriter. Her latest album, Escape Artist (2024), was written during the COVID lockdowns and reflects both personal and collective struggles of that time.
Now based in Nashville, Danielle has been touring in support of Escape Artist while gradually crafting her next release. Known for her emotional storytelling and evocative sound, she continues to grow as one of indie music's most compelling new voices.
