Jeanne T. Arrigo
Jeanne is a Chicago-based singer/songwriter producing folk-infused, soulful tunes with a style reminiscent of Joni Mitchell and Jonatha Brooke. Her warm, dynamic vocal work highlights flexibility and range, while her infectious, percussive guitar work accompanies intense, introspective, lyrically-driven stories. Her debut CD (self-produced and released in August, '05) contains stories of life, love, laughter, and loss. She performs solo, or with backing instruments such as keyboards, another guitarist, mandolin, and/or percussion.
