Hello, I'm Brent. I've spent the last 12 years or so figuring out life through music. I am a self-taught guitarist/songwriter that appreciates the simpler side of music. I have several theories on what makes a great song. One of which is the element of space, or the proper use of space in music. Whether you're talking about improvisational music or just a plain ol' singer/songwriter type song, I believe allowing enough space is an essential component to a great song. When there is enough space, it allows for more creativity and the song is able to breathe properly.
